EVWorldPK helps users browse and compare electric bikes. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our Android app.
Information we collect
EVWorldPK does not require an account. The app does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment information to browse and compare bikes.
Third-party services used by the app process certain information automatically, as described below.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and support request.
Advertising
EVWorldPK displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob.
Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares information including IP addresses, which may indicate approximate location; device and account identifiers, including the advertising ID where available; app and advertising interactions; and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized, depending on your choices, location, and applicable requirements. Non-personalized ads may still involve data processing.

Bike data and images
The app uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to retrieve bike information. Network requests provide service providers with connection information, such as your IP address, needed to deliver and secure their services.
Bike images may load from external websites. Those image providers receive network requests and associated connection information. Bike data and images may be cached on your device to improve loading speed.

How information is used and shared
Information is processed to:
- Display bike specifications and images.
- Deliver advertisements and manage advertising preferences.
- Maintain service reliability and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Respond to support requests.
Information may be processed by Google, its advertising partners, and providers hosting bike images. We do not sell information received through support requests. Advertising-related data sharing is described above.
We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and users.
Your privacy choices
Where required, the app presents a consent message before requesting advertisements. You can revisit available advertising choices through the Privacy choices button when it is displayed.
You can also manage your advertising ID through your Android device settings. Available controls depend on your Android version.
Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes its local data. This does not automatically delete information retained by third-party providers.
Retention and security
We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Third-party providers retain information according to their policies and service requirements.
Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside Pakistan, including in countries where their infrastructure operates.
Children’s privacy
EVWorldPK is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

The app’s Blog and Forum buttons open external webpages. Activities on those websites, including any accounts or submissions, are governed by their applicable privacy policies.
